toto15 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and over-the-counter cash transfers where available. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso. toto15 does not accept cryptocurrencies, foreign currency transfers, or third-party payment on behalf of another player.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your toto15 balance in real time. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on the sending bank. toto15 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider's own fees may apply and are your responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. All wagers placed on toto15 are subject to the specific rules of the individual game being played. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed on each game interface before play begins. Bets that exceed the stated maximum for a table or game may be adjusted or voided at toto15's discretion. Upon termination of an Account for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no violation is established following investigation, the net balance (excluding any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's registered payment method.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting toto15 support. Voluntary closure will be processed once all pending bets are settled and any applicable KYC requirements are satisfied.

The parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any legal proceedings arising from these Terms, without prejudice to toto15's right to seek interim or injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.
